Mentoring
Mentorship is at the heart and soul of Confidence at any Size. Beginning with our mentoring program ‘CAAS You’re Worth it’ we equip each student with the tools they need to navigate through life’s daily battles. We also prepare older students with life skills such as interviewing for jobs, speech/public speaking, financial literacy which includes budgeting, building credit, and much much more.
We also believe in the ‘Each one, Teach one’ model so, once a student graduates from the CYWI program the mentoring continues as students go through our Peer-to-Peer Mentoring program where students train to be future mentors.
Our goal is to walk through each phase of life with our students so by the time they graduate from high school they will be prepared to face whatever life challenges are ahead.
